Before Dentsply Sirona was a customer of Optimate, many business processes were highly elaborate and there was need of simplifying these.
The company worked hard to develop and improve their product portfolio. But a optimization of business processes was in dire need. A supplier with strong competences and good business understanding was needed.

Dentsply Sironas processes have become more standardized, so they can now concentrate on further development.

A painless transition
Dentsply Sirona experienced an implementation that minimally affected the orperation. Tests were conducted with full data simulation giving time to correct errors before going live.
